Connectivity

If a transmission is interrupted in the middle of a backup, our software will continue to retry until a connection can be re-established, then continue the backup where it was interrupted.

You need a reliable, dedicated Internet connection. A reliable connection at DSL speeds or better is sufficient for most clients. The faster your connection, the more efficiently your backups will run.
