LiveVault is a General Services Administration (GSA) contract holder and provides online backup services to government clients. These clients include federal, state and local governments and other government entities.
LiveVault currently is headquartered in Danvers, MA, and has data vaults in four locations in the US and Canada. The Utility Class data centers are access-restricted with 24-hour security guards, strategic monitoring equipment, and electronic security systems. All data facilities are controlled environments with redundant air conditioning and power systems, emergency diesel generators, state-of-the-art fire detection and suppression systems, and multiple high-speed Internet connections.
